The recovery period of ischemic stroke is from 2 weeks to 6 months after the acute onset of ischemic stroke. It is the intermediate period from the acute stage to the sequelae stage. It is also a critical period for the recovery of speech, cognition, movement and other functions. Traditional Chinese Medicine The pathogenesis is mainly based on deficiency and excess, and is particularly closely related to the spleen. This article discusses the theoretical basis and clinical application of diagnosing and treating ischemic stroke recovery period from the spleen, and provides new ideas for clinical treatment of cerebral infarction recovery period.
