Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaofeng Powder combined with Compound Phellodendron Cortex Liquid in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness type. Methods: 64 con-firmed patients with chronic perianal eczema of blood deficiency and wind-dryness type were divided into groups ac-cording to the random number table method, with 32 cases in each observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with modified Xiaofeng Powder combined with compound Cortex Phellodendron liquid for external application. For treatment, the control group was treated with external application of Compound Cortex Phelloden-dron liquid lubricant. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the perianal itching, perianal exuda-tion, skin lesion area, skin lesion morphology, interleukin-4 (IL-4), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and serum total IgE levels in the observation group were all lower than In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Xiaofeng Powder combined with Compound Cortex Phellodendron Liquid Ointment has a good effect in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness type.
