摘要

"圣贤所以教人之法,俱存于经",中医经典是承载中医文化和理法方药体系的重要载体,是中医药创新发展的源泉.为适应医疗需求的改变与人类疾病谱的扩增,中医经典也亟需传承发展,其核心原则在于指导临床,解决实际问题.从"脾瘅"理论发展成熟,到糖尿病前期现代防治体系的构建,中医经典理论得到了生动的传承,实现了中西医诊疗体系的优势对接.

Abstract

"All the methods taught by the sages are found in the scriptures." The classics of Chinese medicine are important carriers of Chinese medical culture and the system of theory, method and prescription, and are the source of innovation and development of Chinese medicine. In order to adapt to the changing medical needs and the expand-ing spectrum of human diseases, the classics of TCM are in urgent need of inheritance and development, and their core principles are to guide clinical practice and solve practical problems. From the development of the "spleen heat" theory to the construction of the modern diagnosis and treatment system of pre-diabetes, the classical theories of TCM have been vividly inherited and the advantages of the diagnosis and treatment system of Chinese and Western medicine have been realized.
