The three chapters on women's diseases in "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" pioneered the first spe-cial chapter on women's diseases and laid the foundation for later generations of TCM gynecology. Through induction, it was found that Zhongjing focused on treating women's diseases by treating blood, and emphasized harmonizing the liver and spleen as one of the characteristics of treating blood. On the one hand, it clears away liver heat, dissipates liver cold, and soothes liver qi; on the other hand, it relieves spleen dampness and warms the middle. The ideas of stimulating energy, assisting transportation and transformation, harmonizing the liver and spleen, and harmonizing wood and earth are reflected in many prescriptions. An in-depth study of ZHANG Zhongjing's therapeutic ideas will have profound guiding significance for our future clinical practice.
