Application of Professor Wang Yiping's Four Methods of "Propaganda, Transformation, Infiltration, and Benefit"in Chronic Kidney Disease with Damp Heat Syndrome
Damp heat is a common cause of chronic kidney disease, and dampness heat syndrome is one of the main symptoms of chronic kidney disease. It is also a key factor leading to the progression of renal function damage. Therefore, the diagnosis and treatment of "dampness heat syndrome" is of great significance for delaying the progres-sion of chronic kidney disease. Professor Wang Yiping has been engaged in clinical and scientific research on the pre-vention and treatment of kidney diseases using traditional Chinese medicine for a long time. Based on the characteris-tics of dampness and heat syndrome in chronic kidney disease, he has summarized four methods for treating dampness and heat syndrome in chronic kidney disease: promoting lung circulation, strengthening spleen to dissipate dampness and heat, reducing dampness and heat, and diuresis to clear dampness and heat. These methods have achieved satis-factory therapeutic effects. At the same time, it is emphasized that in clinical practice, it is necessary to pay attention to the excessive dampness and heat, and the emphasis on disease location is also different. When analyzing specifi-cally, a reasonable combination should be made. This article analyzes Professor Wang Yiping's experience in the diagnosis and treatment of dampness heat syndrome in chronic kidney disease from the perspectives of etiology, patho-genesis, treatment prescriptions, and medication.
