Analysis of Medication Rules for Postpartum Diseases in "Gynecology Preparation" based on Data Mining
Objective: To analyze the prescriptions and medication rules for postpartum diseases in "Gynecology Preparatory Examination" based on data mining. Methods: Read and screen the prescriptions for treating postpartum diseases in "Gynecology Preparation", screen the prescriptions that meet the inclusion criteria and enter them into the database. Use SPSS Modeler 18.0, SPSS 27.0, and Cytoscape 3.9.1 for statistical analysis and visualization. Results: A total of 193 prescriptions were screened out from the book, involving a total of 170 traditional Chinese medicines. The most commonly used medicines include Angelica, Ginseng, Licorice, Chuanxiong, etc.; the properties of the medi-cines are mainly mild and neutral, and the tastes are mainly sweet, pungent and bitter. Treatment is mostly based on the spleen, heart, and lung meridians. Association rules analyzed 16 high-frequency associated drug pairs, and cluster analysis identified 4 clustering formulas. Conclusion: HE Yingyu's treatment of postpartum diseases mainly focuses on replenishing Qi and blood, supplemented by activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, regulating qi and stagnation, and warming the menstruation and dispersing cold.
