Objective: To study the compatibility rules and treatment characteristics of clinical prescriptions for treating gynecological diseases in "CHENG Menxue Medical Records". Methods: Screen 42 cases of prescriptions for treating gynecological diseases in "CHENG Menxue Medical Records", extract prescription information, use Micro-soft Excel 2021 to establish a database, conduct frequency analysis, and use SPSS 26.0 to analyze drug properties and taste, drug categories, clustering, and association rules Perform analysis and perform data mining. Results: The four most frequently used drugs were white peony root, angelica root, atractylodes, and tangerine peel. In terms of meridian distribution of nature and flavor, the drugs are mainly warm-natured drugs, with bitter, sweet and pungent drugs be-ing mostly used. The main meridians are liver and spleen meridians. The most commonly used drug category is tonics. Cluster analysis showed that Atractylodes Macrocephala - Tangerine Peel - White Peony Root - Angelica Root, Amo-mum Villosum - Pinellia Ternata, Dangshen - Astragalus Root, Eucommia Ulmoides - Dendrobium, Cyperus Rotunda - Orange Core - Jujube Kernel - Poria, Locust - Ligusticum Chuanxiong, Wheat - Skullcap - Lotus Leaf - Polygala, Bupleurum - Evodia - Poria and other 8 commonly used drug combinations. Conclusion: Mr. CHENG is flexible in his medication use. When diagnosing and treating diseases, he can analyze them layer by layer and identify the essence of the disease. He has unique insights into the treatment of dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea and other gynecological diseases mixed with other complex diseases, and has integrated the idea of "moving the body to control the mind". Moreover, its use is quick and concise, and it makes good use of the method of "sweetness, warmth and heat removal".
