Analysis of Medication Rules in Ancient Books on Endometriosis based on Data Mining
Objective: To analyze the medication rules for treating endometriosis (EM, referred to as endometriosis)-related diseases in ancient books, and to provide basis for the clinical application of ancient prescriptions in the treat-ment of EM. Methods: Determine the search terms, search the "Chinese Medical Dictionary", Chinese Medicine Big Data Intelligent Processing and Knowledge Service System related literature, use Excel2021 to conduct statistical analysis of drug properties, taste, meridian tropism, and frequency; use SPSS Statistics 26.0 statistical software to con-duct drug cluster analysis ; Use SPSS Modeler 18.0 Apriori algorithm to conduct association rule analysis on high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines. Results: A total of 468 prescriptions and 277 traditional Chinese medicines were screened out. The properties of the medicine are mainly warm and mild; the taste is mainly pungent and sweet; most medicines enter the liver and spleen meridian; the frequency of medicines such as angelica root, white peony root, chuanxiong rhizome, rehmannia glutinosa, licorice, cyperus rotundus, Corydalis corydalis, and cinnamon is higher; it can be concluded that 4 drug clusters, 15 drug association rules and a common prescription. Conclusion: The prescrip-tions in EM-related ancient books are mostly based on tonic and blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs, which can provide medication ideas for modern diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis.
