Analysis of Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Stroke Associated Pneumonia in the Real World
Objective: To analyze the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke-re-lated pneumonia in the real world and provide a basis for summarizing prescriptions. Methods: Search the Acupuncture Predominant Disease Health and Medical Research Database of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine for inpatients from January 2019 to December 2022, and use Excel 2021, IBM SPSS modle 18.0, and SPSS Statistics 27.0 to frequency the data analysis, association rule analysis and cluster analysis. Results: 385 patients with stroke-associated pneumonia (SAP) who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine were included, involving 276 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine. High-frequency drug analysis showed that the treatment of SAP is com-plex and basically includes nourishing qi, nourishing blood, nourishing yin, and nourishing yin. Yang, dampness and phlegm, clearing heat and purging fire, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis; association rule analy-sis shows that according to the clinical characteristics of stroke, more cases of using Gastrodia Gouteng Decoction and Banxia Atractylodes Tianma Decoction to treat SAP; cluster analysis further The versatility of Banxia Atractylodes and Tianma Decoction in treating SAP was verified. Conclusion: SAP is pathologically characterized by "phlegm, heat, and deficiency", and the most common clinical syndrome is phlegm-heat blocking the lungs. The above data mining meth-ods show that Banxia Atractylodes Tianma Decoction is a commonly used prescription for the treatment of SAP.
