The Efficacy of Sanao Yulong Heji Combination with Procaterol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanao Yulong mixture combined with procaterol hydrochlo-ride in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods: 40 outpatient and inpatient patients diagnosed with bronchial asthma in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Jieshou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to February 2023 were divided into a control group and an observation group of 20 cases each according to the random number table method. The control group was given Procaterol Hydrochloride Tab-lets and conventional Western medicine treatment; the observation group was given Sanao Yulong Mixture on the basis of the control group, and both groups were treated for two weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment, and the two groups before and after treatment were compared. inflammatory indicators and lung function. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group (85.00%) was higher than that of the control group (55.00%) (P<0.05). Forced vital capacity (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC) and asthma control test (ACT) scores in the obser-vation group after treatment were all higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the observation group had higher immunoglobulin E (IgE), exhaled The levels of gastric nitric oxide (FeNO) and cough symptom scores were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); there were no serious adverse reactions in either group and the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Sanaoy-ulong mixture combined with procaterol hydrochloride has significant efficacy in the treatment of patients with bron-chial asthma. It can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and inflammatory indicators, and is conducive to the recovery of lung function.
