Qi Hong Powder Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome Efficacy and Quality of Life Evaluation
Objective: To observe the effect of Qihong Powder combined with conventional Western medicine therapy on the clinical symptoms and quality of life of elderly patients with stable coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and provide reference for clinical medication. Methods: 72 elderly patients with stable coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were divided into experimental group and control group according to random envelopes, with 36 cases in each group. They were given basic treatment plus Qihong Powder and basic treatment for 2 months respectively, and were followed up for 12 months after treat-ment. week. The angina pectoris symptoms, TCM syndrome scores, SAQ scores, and EQ-5D scores of the two groups were compared. Results:① The total effective rate of the angina pectoris test group was 80.0%, which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 51.5% in the control group (P<0.05), and the improvement of angina pectoris symptom score was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05);② Traditional Chinese Medicine syn-drome The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.6%, which was significantly higher than the total effec-tive rate of 60.6% in the control group (P<0.05). The improvement of chest pain symptoms and TCM syndrome scores of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05);③ The difficulty level of MOB and PA dimensions of patients in the EQ-5D score test group improved significantly, and the EQ-5D to-tal score, EQ-VAS score after treatment, and the EQ-VAS score after 12 weeks of drug withdrawal were all better than those in the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Qihong Powder combined with conventional Western medicine can significantly reduce clinical symptoms and improve patients' quality of life in the treatment of elderly CAS. It is particularly effective in improving patients' physical activity and comfort, and is safe and effective.
