从脏腑气机角度探讨高血压脑小血管病

摘要
高血压脑小血管病是一类由高血压引发的脑内小动脉及其远端分支、微动脉、毛细血管、微静脉和小静脉所导致的一系列临床、影像、病理综合征,其临床表现复杂多样,很难将其归类至中医的某一单一病种.气为人之根本,气机变化多端,脏腑气机异常可引起多种症状,故以此为切入点,从气机的角度探讨高血压脑小血管病的病机与治疗,认为心肾水火之气失交引起络病与髓病是该病的基本病机,治疗上从交通心肾入手,兼顾肝、肺、脾胃,标本兼治,疏通、平衡脏腑整体气机以达到恢复脑中正常气机运转的目的.
Abstract
Hypertensive cerebral small vessel disease is a series of clinical,imaging,and pathological syndromes caused by cerebral arterioles and their distal branches,arterioles,capillaries,venules,and venules caused by hyperten-sion.The clinical manifestations are complex and diverse,and it is difficult to classify them into a single disease in tradi-tional Chinese medicine.Qi is the foundation of human beings,and the Qi mechanism changes in many ways.Abnormali-ties in the Qi mechanism of the organs can cause a variety of symptoms.Therefore,we use this as an entry point to explore the pathogenesis and treatment of hypertensive cerebral small vessel disease from the perspective of Qi mechanism.It is believed that the relationship between heart,kidney,water and fire is Collateral disease and marrow disease caused by Qi loss are the basic pathogenesis of the disease.The treatment starts from communicating with the heart and kidneys,taking into account the liver,lungs,spleen and stomach,treating both the symptoms and the root causes,dredging and balancing the overall Qi function of the organs to restore the normal Qi function in the brain.purpose of operation.
