摘要
"脾为之卫"指脾具有保护身体,抵御邪气的功能."脾失之卫"则致气滞痰凝血瘀凝结于颈前而发为自身免疫性甲状腺炎(autoimmune thyroiditis,AIT),其发病机制与肠道菌群存在联系."脾失之卫"则肠道菌群紊乱,脾运化和保护的功能受损.肠道菌群紊乱可能影响自身免疫性甲状腺炎的治疗和预后.肠道菌群可能是治疗AIT的主要作用靶点,以恢复肠道菌群为重点治疗AIT,为临床治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
"The spleen is the defender"means that the spleen has the function of protecting the body and resist-ing evil spirits."Loss of spleen defense"will cause qi stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis to condense in the front of the neck,leading to autoimmune thyroiditis(AIT).Its pathogenesis is related to intestinal flora.If the spleen loses its defense,the intestinal flora will be disordered and the spleen's transport,transformation and protection functions will be impaired.Disturbance of intestinal flora may affect the treatment and prognosis of autoimmune thyroiditis.Intestinal flora may be the main target for the treatment of AIT.Treating AIT focusing on restoring intestinal flora provides new ideas for clinical treatment.
