民国新安医家程六如经方变通运用经验探析

摘要
经方是汉代以前经典医药著作中记载的方剂,以张仲景的方剂为代表.历代医家对于经方的研究颇多.程六如是民国时期较有影响力的新安医家,医术高超,擅于变通运用经方治疗内科诸病.他以乌梅丸刚柔并济治肝胃病;黄芩汤变化血热同疗痢疾;旋覆代赭汤加减专主降气,治疗咳嗽、呃逆等诸气上逆证;建中法建运中阳以治咳喘、泄泻;小柴胡汤变通和解半表半里,用治疟疾、湿温等证;白虎汤专清肺胃热,疗用于牙科、喉科等效果极佳,既拓展经方运用范围,亦提升疗效.文章总结其经方临证运用经验以冀对临床经方的使用有所启发.
Abstract
Classical prescriptions are prescriptions recorded in classic medical works before the Han Dynasty,rep-resented by ZHANG Zhongjing's prescriptions.Doctors in the past dynasties have done a lot of research on classic prescriptions.CHENG Liuru was an influential Xin'an physician during the Republic of China.He had superb medical skills and was good at adapting classic prescriptions to treat various internal diseases.He uses the firm and soft Wumei Pills to treat liver and stomach diseases;Huangqin Decoction changes blood and heat to treat dysentery;Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction is specially used to lower qi and treat coughs,hiccups and other symptoms of upper and lower Qi;Jianzhong Method is used to build YUN Zhongyang.Cough,asthma and diarrhea;Xiao Chai Hu Decoction can be used to treat malaria,dampness and heat,etc.;Baihu Decoction is specially designed to clear away heat in the lungs and stomach,and is very effective in treating dentistry,laryngology,etc.It not only expands the prescription The range of application also improves the efficacy.This article summarizes its experience in using classic prescriptions for clinical syndromes in the hope of providing some inspiration for the clinical use of classic prescriptions.
