摘要
总结介绍徐经世国医大师治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移临床用药经验.徐经世国医大师认为晚期恶性肿瘤骨转移的基本病机为正气亏虚、肾精不足,后因癌邪侵袭、病久阳气亏虚致痰瘀互结、寒湿凝滞.骨转移以本虚标实为主,在临床辨证用药上以益气扶正、补肾壮骨为主,辅以活血祛瘀、温阳通络,临床收效甚佳,可对于多种恶性肿瘤骨转移治疗提供借鉴.
Abstract
Summarize and introduce the clinical experience of XU Jingshi,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,in treating malignant tumor bone metastasis.XU Jingshi,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,believes that the basic pathogenesis of late-stage malignant tumor bone metastasis is deficiency of righteousness and kidney essence.Later,due to the invasion of cancer evil and long-term illness,yang deficiency leads to phlegm and blood stasis,and cold and damp stagnation.Bone metastasis is mainly based on deficiency and excess.In terms of clinical syndrome dif-ferentiation,the main methods are to replenish qi and strengthen the body,nourish the kidneys and strengthen bones,supplemented by promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,warming yang and dredging the collaterals.The clinical results are very good,and it can provide treatment for bone metastasis of various malignant tumors.
