当代新安医家黄孝周谈"固本培元"法在月经过少病中的应用

摘要
新安医学为发祥于古徽州(今歙县、休宁、祁门等地)的传统医学,历史上名医辈出,家族链特色鲜明,新安黄氏妇科即其中代表性的一支,黄孝周先生为其第 26 代传人,从医 60 余年,积累了丰富的临床经验.认为月经过少病主要分为肾虚血少、脾虚乏源、痰瘀致虚等证型,临床应用"固本培元"法治之,多获良效.文章阐述之,以期对同道有所借鉴.
Abstract
Xin'an medicine is a traditional medicine that originated in ancient Huizhou(today's Shexian,Xiuning,Qimen and other places).There have been many famous doctors in history,and the family chain has distinctive char-acteristics.Xin'an Huang's Gynecology Department is one of the representative branches.Mr.HUANG Xiaozhou is His 26th generation descendant has been practicing medicine for more than 60 years and has accumulated rich clinical experience.It is believed that oligomenorrhea is mainly divided into syndrome types such as kidney deficiency and lack of blood,spleen deficiency and deficiency,and deficiency caused by phlegm and blood stasis.The clinical application of the method of"strengthening the foundation and cultivating the yuan"can often achieve good results.The article ex-plains it in the hope that it can be a reference for fellow practitioners.
