The Mechanism of Action of Polygonum Multiflorum Achyranthes Against Osteoporosis based on Network Pharmacology
Objective:To learn and use network pharmacology to study the mechanism of combined use of Achyran-thes bidentata and Polygonum multiflorum against osteoporosis. Methods:The traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform(TCMSP)and literature search were used to screen the active ingredients contained in Polygonum multiflorum and Achyranthes bidentata.Use the Disgent database to search for protein targets related to osteoporosis;use the Pubchem platform to predict the human protein targets acted on by the active ingredi-ents contained in Polygonum multiflorum and Achyranthes bidentata.Analyze the intersection targets of Achyranthes bidentata and Polygonum multiflorum, and conduct protein network analysis on the intersection targets to construct a network diagram of drug-ingredient-target.Enrichment analysis of targeted cells affected by key genes was carried out through the Weishengxin platform.Results:5 components of Polygonum multiflorum and 10 components of Achyranthes bidentata were identified, and 1 component was shared between them.35 genes intersecting drug pairs and diseases were obtained;10 main active components were obtained through PPI protein analysis;GO analysis visual diagram and KEGG analysis were obtained.View and analyze it.The analysis results show that the main components of Polygo-num multiflorum Achyranthes bidentata can reduce the development of osteoporosis by inhibiting bone resorption and inducing bone formation. Conclusion:The mechanism of action of Achyranthes bidentata and Polygonum multiflorum against osteoporosis may be through targets and shared pathways, and the drug can exert its therapeutic effect on OP through multiple pathways, multiple targets, multiple components, and multiple levels.
