Effect of Fuzheng Xiaozheng Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Advanced Liver Cancer of Qi Deficiency Type
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Fuzheng Xiaozheng Decoction combined with western medicine on patients with advanced liver cancer due to righteousness deficiency type.Methods:112 patients with advanced liver cancer with righteousness deficiency type admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into a Western medicine group(56 cases,given Western medicine treatment)and a combined group(56 cases,given Western medicine treatment)using a random number table.Modified Fuzheng Xi-aozheng Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment),the treatment period is 3 months.Compare the TCM symptom scores,treatment effects,serum tumor marker levels and T lymphocyte subgroups(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+)levels before and after treatment,adverse reactions during treatment and survival rate within 1 year of follow-up be-tween the 2 groups.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in various observation indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the TCM symptom scores,serum alpha-fetoprotein,carci-noembryonic antigen,carbohydrate antigen 199,and vascular endothelial growth factor levels in the two groups were all the same.decreased(P<0.05),and the above indicators in the combined group were lower than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.05)after treatment;after treatment,CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+in the combined group all increased(P<0.05),while those in the Western medicine group all decreased(P<0.05),and the CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the combination group after treatment were all higher than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in the grades of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P<0.05),and the combination group had higher The survival rates within 1 year of follow-up of the combined group were higher than those of the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For advanced liver cancer with deficiency of righteousness,using modified Fuzheng Xiaozheng Decoction combined with western medicine can not only reduce symptoms and en-hance efficacy,but also reduce serum tumor marker levels,enhance the body's T cell immune function,and help re-duce adverse reactions.Improve 1-year survival rate.
