摘要
目的:分析耳穴刺激联合火龙罐综合灸在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果.方法:采用前瞻性分析法,随机数表法将符合标准的 2020 年 6 月—2022 年 6 月河南省开封市中医院 120 例肺癌化疗患者分为对照组和观察组,各 60 例.2 组均采用常规临床干预,观察组同时给予耳穴刺激联合火龙罐综合灸干预.对干预前 24h和干预完成后 24h2 组的负性情绪、癌因性疲乏、睡眠质量、中医证候积分、癌症患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-G)进行评估,并对 2 组患者的胃肠道不良反应进行评估.结果:与对照组相比,干预后观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低(P<0.05),干预后观察组的躯体、行为、情感、认知评分均降低(P<0.05),干预后观察组的睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠质量评分均降低(P<0.05),干预后观察组的中医证候积分、FACT-C评分均降低(P<0.05),干预后观察组胃肠道不良反应总有效率升高(P<0.05).结论:耳穴刺激联合火龙罐综合灸能够促进肺癌化疗患者负性情绪缓解,改善癌因性疲乏和睡眠质量,促进化疗相关症状恢复,减少胃肠道不良反应,改善生命质量.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of auricular point stimulation combined with fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion in patients with lung cancer receiving chemotherapy.Methods:Using prospective analysis and random number table method,120 lung cancer chemotherapy patients in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups received routine clinical intervention,and the observation group also received auricular point stimulation combined with fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion intervention.The negative emotions,cancer-related fatigue,sleep quality,traditional Chi-nese medicine syndrome scores,and cancer patient quality of life scale(FACT-G)were evaluated 24h before the in-tervention and 24h after the completion of the intervention.The gastrointestinal symptoms of the two groups of patients were also evaluated.Intestinal adverse reactions were assessed.Results:Compared with the control group,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the observation group were reduced after the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the observation group's body,behavior,emotion,Cognitive scores were all reduced(P<0.05).After the intervention,the observation group's sleep time,fall asleep time,sleep efficiency,and sleep quality scores were all reduced(P<0.05).After the intervention,the observation group's TCM syndrome scores and FACT-C scores were all reduced.were all reduced(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the observation group increased after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point stimulation combined with fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion can promote the relief of negative emotions,improve cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality,promote the recovery of chemotherapy-related symptoms,reduce gastrointestinal adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
