固本培元理论是新安医学极其重要的组成部分,其主要学术主张为培补脾肾之元气.痹证是临床常见病,易属难治病.固本培元理论内核与痹证病机脾肾亏虚、邪痹经络高度契合.临证以脾肾论治为核心,强调"调补气血、扶正祛邪""健脾化湿、通络除痹""健脾滋肾、治病求本".通过对新安固本培元治疗痹证的特色理论及应用研究,为现代临床痹证的中医药防治提供依据.
Discussing the Characteristics of Treatment of Bi Syndrome from the Spleen and Kidneys based on the Theory of Xin'an Guben Peiyuan
The theory of Guben Peiyuan is an extremely important part of Xin'an medicine.Its main academic proposition is to nourish the vitality of the spleen and kidneys.Bi syndrome is a common clinical disease,which is of-ten difficult to treat.The core of the theory of Guben Peiyuan is highly consistent with the pathogenesis of Bi syndrome due to spleen and kidney deficiency and evil paralysis of the meridians.Clinical treatment focuses on the spleen and kidneys,emphasizing"regulating Qi and blood,strengthening the body and dispelling evil","strengthening the spleen and removing dampness,unblocking collaterals and removing paralysis","strengthening the spleen and nourishing the kidneys,and seeking the root cause of the disease".Through the research on the characteristic theory and application of Xin'an Guben Peiyuan in the treatment of Bi syndrome,it provides a basis for the prevention and treatment of Bi syndrome in modern clinical practice with traditional Chinese medicine.
