"阴平阳秘"理论对推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的指导意义

摘要
阴阳学说作为中医学的核心组成部分之一,"阴平阳秘"是人体健康状态的高度概括;该学说对人体生理病理状态的解释、疾病诊断治疗以及养生保健具有重要的指导作用.腰椎间盘突出症作为临床上引发腰腿部位疼痛的常见疾病,其具有发病年龄逐年年轻化的特点,其病因病机可归纳为阴阳失衡.阴阳者天地之道,揭示事物的趋向和特性,将人体作为一个有机整体,腰椎间盘突出症发生发展过程中当关注腰腹阴阳以及筋骨阴阳之间的变化,并分析基于"法于阴阳"立法的推拿手法在腰椎间盘突出症治疗过程的理论依据,为临床治疗提供理论依据.
Abstract
The theory of yin and yang is one of the core components of traditional Chinese medicine."Yin Ping Yang Secret"is a high-level summary of human health.This theory plays an important guiding role in explaining the physiological and pathological conditions of the human body,disease diagnosis and treatment,and health care.Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease that causes pain in the waist and legs clinically.It has the characteristic that the age of onset is getting younger year by year,and its etiology and pathogenesis can be summarized as an imbalance of yin and yang.Yin and Yang are the way of heaven and earth,revealing the trends and characteristics of things.Taking the human body as an organic whole,during the occurrence and development of lumbar disc herniation,we should pay at-tention to the changes between yin and yang of the waist and abdomen and the yin and yang of muscles and bones,and analyze the legislation based on"Law on Yin and Yang"The theoretical basis of massage techniques in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation provides a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
