浅谈护场理论在肛周脓肿分期论治中的应用

摘要
肛周脓肿是肛肠科常见疾病之一,属于中医学"肛痈""悬痈"等范畴,根据其临床表现,可分为肿块期、脓肿形成期、脓肿破溃期三期,从而进行分期论治.护场理论是中医外科经典理论,对于判别中医外科疮疡类疾病发生、发展及预后具有重要意义.该文以护场理论对于肛周脓肿分期论治为切入点进行论述,探讨其对肛周脓肿分期论治的指导作用.
Abstract
Perianal abscess is one of the common diseases in the anorectal department.It belongs to the categories of"anal carbuncle"and"suspended carbuncle"in traditional Chinese medicine.According to its clinical manifes-tations,it can be divided into three stages:mass stage,abscess formation stage,and abscess rupture stage.Treat by stages.The field-protecting theory is a classic theory of TCM surgery and is of great significance in determining the oc-currence,development and prognosis of sores and ulcers in TCM surgery.This article discusses the staging and treat-ment of perianal abscess using field-protection theory as an entry point,and explores its guiding role in the staging and treatment of perianal abscess.
