Effects of Modified Shengjin Decoction Combined with Conventional Treatment on Cardiac Function and Serum Hey and hsTnT in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Modified Shengxian Decoction in assisting conventional Western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)and its impact on patients'cardiac function,myocardial dam-age indicators,and inflammation-related indicators.Methods:150 CHF patients received by Henan Shangqiu Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were divided into a control group and a research group,with 75 cases in each group,using a 1∶1 random envelope method.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the research group received modified Shengxian Decoction in addition to this.After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy,cardiac function,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic meridian,stroke volume,and cardiac index were compared between the two groups.Myocardial injury indicators:N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor,homocysteine,high-sensitivity troponin T.Inflammation-related indicators:fundase 2,soluble ST2 protein,growth differentiation factor-15 and adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of the study group(97.33％)was higher than that of the control group(86.67％)(P＜0.05);after treatment,the left ventricular ejec-tion fraction,cardiac output,and cardiac index of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the left ventricular diastole was The end of menstruation was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05);after treatment,the N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor,homocysteine,and high-sensitivity troponin T in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);after treatment,the research group's fund Protease 2,soluble ST2 protein,and growth differentiation factor-15 were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 5.33％in the study group and 8.00％in the control group,with no statisti-cally significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Modified Shengxian Decoction combined with Western medicine has a definite effect in treating CHF.It can reduce inflammatory reaction,reduce myocardial damage and improve cardiac function.The program is relatively safe.
