清肾颗粒联合中药保留灌肠治疗非透析慢性肾脏病疗效观察

目的:观察清肾颗粒联合中药保留灌肠对非透析慢性肾脏病(CKD)3～5期患者的疗效,并探究其对患者营养状况及钙磷水平的影响.方法:采用清肾颗粒联合黄苓解毒泄浊颗粒保留灌肠治疗非透析CKD 3～5期患者,并设对照组和治疗组,观察临床疗效以及中医证候积分、营养状况改善情况(血清白蛋白、血红蛋白)、钙磷代谢情况(钙、磷等)指标.结果:治疗组和对照组的临床疗效分别为67.5％(27/40)和35％(14/40),治疗组疗效显然胜于对照组(P＜0.05);且与对照组比较,治疗组的营养状态和钙磷代谢都有了显著的提高,具有显著的差异.(P＜0.05).结论:清肾颗粒结合中药保留灌肠能缓解非透析CKD 3～5期患者的临床症状,改善其营养状况和钙磷水平,提高临床疗效.
Curative Effect of Qingshen Granule Combined with Chinese Medicine Retention Enema on Non-Dialysis Chronic Kidney Disease
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Qingshen granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in patients with non-dialysis chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage 3-5,and to explore its impact on patients'nutritional status and calcium and phosphorus levels.Methods:Qingshen granules combined with Huangling Jiedu Xiezhuo granules and retention enema were used to treat non-dialysis CKD stage 3-5 patients,and a control group and a treatment group were set up to observe the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,and nutritional status improvement(serum albumin,hemoglobin),calcium and phosphorus metabolism(calcium,phosphorus)and other indi-cators.Results:The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group were 67.5％(27/40)and 35％(14/40)respectively.The efficacy of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group(P＜0.05);and com-pared with the control group,the treatment The nutritional status and calcium and phosphorus metabolism of the group have been significantly improved,with significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Qingshen granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema can relieve the clinical symptoms of non-dialysis CKD stage 3-5 pa-tients,improve their nutritional status and calcium and phosphorus levels,and improve clinical efficacy.
