The Effect of Yishen Huoxue Zhuyu Recipe Combined with Methylcobalamin Tablets in the Treatment of Residual Neuralgia after Minimally Invasive Surgery for Lumbar Disc Herniation and its Effect on Lumbar Spine Function and Inflammatory Factor Levels
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Yishen Huoxue Zhuyu Recipe combined with methylco-balamin tablets in patients with residual neuralgia after minimally invasive lumbar disc herniation(LDH)surgery and its impact on lumbar spine function and inflammatory factor levels.Methods:From March 2020 to March 2023,126 patients with residual neuralgia after minimally invasive LDH surgery at Hebi Junxian People's Hospital in Henan were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups using the random number table method.Sixty-three cases in the basic group were treated with methylcobalamin tablets,and 63 cases in the experimental group were addi-tionally treated with Yishen Huoxue Zhuyu Recipe.After 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy,lumbar function,inflammatory factor levels,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the basic group(95.24％＞84.13％)(P＜0.05);the maximum muscle strength of lumbar forward flexion,the maximum muscle strength of lumbar posterior extension,the maximum range of lumbar forward flexion and lumbar posterior extension of the experimental group The maximum activity range was higher than that of the basic group(P＜0.05);the levels of interleukin-1,tumor necrosis factor-α,and interleukin-6 in the experi-mental group were all lower than those of the basic group(P＜0.05);there were no symptoms in either group Obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The treatment of Yishen Huoxue Zhuyu Recipe combined with methylcobalamin tablets can effectively improve the lumbar function of patients with residual neuralgia after LDH surgery,reduce the inflamma-tory reaction,improve the treatment effect,and is highly safe.
