Progress in Clinical Treatment of Refractory Rheumatoid Arthritis
Refractory rheumatoid arthritis is rheumatoid arthritis that does not improve after treatment with tradi-tional antirheumatic drugs or cannot tolerate the drugs.There is currently no specific drug.Clinical treatment is mainly based on Western medicines such as antibiotics,disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs,hormones,and biological agents.In critical and severe cases,invasive treatments such as immunoadsorption,minimally invasive joints,plasma exchange,and stem cell transplantation are used to quickly relieve symptoms,and then traditional Chinese medicine is used based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.Acupuncture and other auxiliary Western medicine treatments.However,there are still problems in clinical practice such as high price,many adverse reactions,and poor patient com-pliance.This article summarizes the clinical treatment of refractory rheumatoid arthritis from the aspects of Western medicine,invasive medicine,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment,in order to provide some guidance for clinical optimization of treatment.ideas.
