摘要
糖尿病前期受累人群广泛,中医药防治方法具有独特优势.胡希恕"六经八纲"辨证体系对于病机复杂的糖尿病前期提供了良好的论治启发.作者基于"六经八纲"辨证理论并发挥运用,在糖尿病前期临床中积累了丰富经验.作者总结分析胡老"六经八纲"辨证的基本思想,并结合在治疗糖尿病前期患者中的临床应用体悟,以期探赜糖尿病前期防治的新思路与新方法.
Abstract
Pre-diabetes affects a wide range of people,and traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in prevention and treatment.HU Xishu's"Six Channels and Eight Principles"syndrome differentiation system provides a good treatment inspiration for pre-diabetes with complex pathogenesis.Based on the theory of"Six Channels and Eight Principles"syndrome differentiation and application,the author has accumulated rich experience in the clini-cal treatment of pre-diabetes.The author summarizes and analyzes the basic ideas of HU's"Six Channels and Eight Principles"syndrome differentiation,and combines the clinical application experience in the treatment of pre-diabetes patients,in order to explore new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of pre-diabetes.
