"Collateral damage and pulse arthralgia"is the key pathogenesis of(DPN.)Qi-Yin Deficiency,de-ficiency of liver and kidney,dampness-heat injury of collaterals and phlegm stasis blocking collaterals are the main causes of this disease.Studies have shown that Yangluo Tongbi recipe has the functions of reducing inflammation,re-pairing nerve function,improving hemorrheology,regulating growth factors,etc.Thus,further research on the etiology and pathogenesis of"collateral-loss and arterial-obstruction"of DPN and the mechanism of Yangluo Tongbi method have important clinical significance for improving the prevention and treatment level of DPN.
