中医药介导TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB信号通路在原发性干燥综合征的机制探讨

摘要
原发性干燥综合征(primary Sjogren's syndrome,pSS)作为风湿免疫科常见病,困扰着广大患者,不仅给患者带来身体和心理上的负担,长期的临床用药也造就了巨大的经济压力.TLR4/MyD88/NF-κ B信号通路参与pSS的发生发展及治疗的多个环节.中医药在治疗pSS的过程中具有其优势,无论是单味药还是复方都在临床中效果显著.基于TLR4/MyD88/NF-κ B信号通路探讨中医药治疗pSS机制对于中医药及临床诊治pSS具有重大意义.
Abstract
Primary Sjögren's syndrome(pSS)is a common disease in rheumatology and immunology,which trou-bles a large number of patients.It not only brings physical and psychological burdens to patients,but also creates huge economic pressures due to long-term clinical medication.The TLR4/MyD88/NF-κ B signaling pathway is involved in the occurrence,development and treatment of pSS.Traditional Chinese medicine has its advantages in the treatment of pSS.Both single-flavor medicine and compound medicine have significant clinical effects.Exploring the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pSS based on the TLR4/MyD88/NF-κ B signaling pathway is of great signifi-cance to traditional Chinese medicine and clinical diagnosis and treatment of pSS.
