To Explore the Effect of Jiawei Guizhi Fuling Pill on Diabetes Mellitus from the Method of Removing Stasis
Diabetes mellitus(DM)has a high incidence rate and a rapid growth rate,which seriously endangers the life of patients and affects their quality of life.Western medicine often chooses anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and micro-circulation improving drugs to treat DM,but the drug targets are relatively single and have large toxic and side effects,which limits its use in DM treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that blood stasis and obstruction of collaterals are the main mechanism of DM.Guizhi Fuling Pill is a representative prescription for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Jiawei Guizhi Fuling Pill is based on Guizhi Fuling Pill,and adds Chinese medi-cines such as Achyranthes bidentata,Astragalus,ginger,and jujube,which can effectively reduce the incidence of DM and its complications.This article explores the mechanism of action of Jiawei Guizhi Fuling Pill in the treatment of DM and its complications from the perspective of removing blood stasis,and provides new clinical experience and theoreti-cal basis for the prevention and treatment of DM with traditional Chinese medicine.
