基于"六郁"理论探讨越鞠丸治疗桥本甲状腺炎的辨治思路

摘要
桥本甲状腺炎(hashimoto's thyroiditis,HT)又称慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎,随着现代生活水平的提高,患病率逐年增长.目前西医对于HT的治疗缺乏行之有效的治疗手段,而中医药在治疗HT方面具有一定的优势,可延缓病情进展.文章从朱丹溪"六郁"理论角度出发,深入阐述"气郁为先"及"六郁皆在中焦"的理论内涵及其与HT发病机制的联系,进而探讨越鞠丸在HT中的应用,为HT的临证辨治提供新的思路.
Abstract
Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT),also known as chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis,has an increasing preva-lence rate with the improvement of modern living standards.At present,Western medicine lacks effective treatment methods for HT,while traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of HT and can delay the progression of the disease.Starting from the perspective of ZHU Danxi's"Six Depressions"theory,this article deeply expounds the theoretical connotation of"Qi Depression First"and"Six Depressions are all in the Middle Jiao"and their relationship with the pathogenesis of HT,and then explores the application of Yueju Pills in HT,providing new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HT.
