摘要
文章通过总结李中南主任运用角药治疗糖尿病肾病的临证经验,分析其配伍特点,并结合现代药理学研究,对经典角药进行简要分析阐述.临证常用配伍有白芍、女贞子、旱莲草以养阴生津、滋补肝肾,改善糖尿病肾病早期患者阴虚之证;黄芪、白术、薏苡仁以益气健脾、利水消肿,改善糖尿病肾病患者中因脾气亏虚、水湿内停所导致的水肿;芡实、五味子、桑螵蛸以收敛固摄、益肾固精,治疗糖尿病肾病患者中因肾虚不固致大量蛋白尿者;黄芪、川芎、赤芍以益气行血、活血通络、利湿泻浊,治疗糖尿病肾病中后期久病入络或合并其他血管疾病患者.
Abstract
This article summarizes the clinical experience of Dr.LI Zhongnan in using horn medicine to treat dia-betic nephropathy,analyzes its compatibility characteristics,and briefly analyzes and expounds the classic horn medi-cine in combination with modern pharmacological research.Commonly used compatibility in clinical practice includes white peony root,Ligustrum lucidum,and Eclipta prostrata to nourish yin and promote fluid,nourish the liver and kidney,and improve the yin deficiency syndrome of patients with early diabetic nephropathy;Astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala,and Coix seed to invigorate Qi and strengthen the spleen,promote diuresis and reduce swelling,and improve edema caused by spleen deficiency and water retention in patients with diabetic nephropathy;Euryale ferox,Schisandra chinensis,and Silkworm Coix to astringe and consolidate,invigorate the kidney and consolidate essence,and treat patients with diabetic nephropathy who have a large amount of proteinuria due to kidney deficiency;Astraga-lus,Chuanxiong,and Red Peony Root to invigorate Qi and promote blood circulation,activate blood circulation and dredge collaterals,and promote dampness and eliminate turbidity,and treat patients with diabetic nephropathy in the middle and late stages with long-term disease entering the collaterals or combined with other vascular diseases.
