摘要
甲状腺结节为有形之实体,其关键病机在于"阳虚阴凝",其本是机体阳虚而化气不足,无力温煦推动气血,致气血停留颈前,化为痰湿瘀滞.朱永康教授认为,阳和汤有温阳通滞之功,再配以散结之药,既可助阳化气,补其本虚,又可通行气血,祛其标实.温散合用,攻补兼施,多法并用,在临床取得了良好的疗效.
Abstract
Thyroid nodules are tangible entities.The key pathogenesis lies in"Yang deficiency and Yin stagna-tion".The root cause is that the body's Yang is deficient and the Qi transformation is insufficient,which makes it un-able to warm and promote Qi and blood,causing Qi and blood to stay in the front of the neck and turn into phlegm and dampness.Professor ZHU Yongkang believes that Yanghe Decoction has the function of warming Yang and relieving stagnation.When combined with drugs that disperse the nodules,it can not only help Yang transform Qi and replenish the original deficiency,but also promote Qi and blood and eliminate the superficial excess.The combination of warming and dispersing,attacking and replenishing,and multiple methods have achieved good clinical results.
