摘要
作者总结丁雷主任医师在临床中观察良性甲状腺患者的病因病机及治疗经验.丁主任认为,良性甲状腺结节病机以肝气郁滞为本,痰火瘀搏结于颈前为核心,故以化痰散结、泻火逐瘀,疏肝解郁的治疗原则贯穿于整个病程,运用丹栀逍遥散联合消瘰丸治疗.在临床中根据患者病情灵活运用以治疗良性甲状腺结节患者,取得了较好的临床疗效,后附验案说明,为治疗良性甲状腺结节提供新思路.
Abstract
The author summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment experience of Chief Physician DING Lei in clinical observation of benign thyroid patients.Doctor Ding believes that the pathogenesis of benign thyroid nod-ules is based on liver qi stagnation,and the core is phlegm,fire and blood stasis in the front of the neck.Therefore,the treatment principle of resolving phlegm and dispersing nodules,purging fire and removing blood stasis,and soothing the liver and relieving depression runs through the entire course of the disease,and Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with Xiaoluo Pills is used for treatment.In clinical practice,it is flexibly used according to the patient's condition to treat patients with benign thyroid nodules,and good clinical efficacy has been achieved.The case description is attached to provide new ideas for the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.
