干燥综合征在中医属"燥痹"范畴,气阴两虚、血毒瘀滞、脾肾亏虚均是引起该病的重要因素,阴虚燥毒是该病的基本病机,而脾肾亏虚则贯穿于该病始终,在疾病的发展过程中占据主体地位,因此在临证治疗干燥综合征时,黄传兵老师强调应用固本培元理论治疗该病,即培补先后天之气,从脾肾论治,治疗时多采用健脾滋肾之法,在临床诊治中取得了不错的疗效.针对这一情况,文章从固本培元理论与脾肾之间的关系以及该理论在临床实际中的应用进行探讨,进一步阐述了固本培元理论在治疗干燥综合征中的重要指导作用,旨在探索出更为有效的治疗方式来减轻患者的病痛.
HUANG Chuanbing's Experience in Treating Sj?gren's Syndrome with the Theory of Solid Foundation and Cultivation of Energy
Sjögren's syndrome belongs to the category of"dryness and numbness"in traditional Chinese medicine.Qi and Yin deficiency,blood stasis,and spleen and kidney deficiency are all important factors causing the disease.Yin deficiency and dryness are the basic pathogenesis of the disease,while spleen and kidney deficiency runs through the disease and occupies a dominant position in the development of the disease.Therefore,in the clinical treatment of Sjögren's syndrome,Professor HUANG Chuanbing emphasized the application of the theory of strengthening the foundation and nourishing the essence to treat the disease,that is,nourishing the acquired and acquired Qi,and treat-ing from the perspective of the spleen and kidney.The method of strengthening the spleen and nourishing the kidney is often used in the treatment,and good results have been achieved in clinical diagnosis and treatment.In view of this situation,this article discusses the relationship between the theory of strengthening the foundation and nourishing the essence and the spleen and kidney,as well as the application of this theory in clinical practice,and further expounds the important guiding role of the theory of strengthening the foundation and nourishing the essence in the treatment of Sjögren's syndrome,aiming to explore more effective treatment methods to relieve patients'pain.
