SHU Peng's Experience in Treating Tumor-related Oral Ulcers based on the Theory of Zhongjiao Tuxu
By collecting typical case records of cancer patients treated by Professor SHU Peng for oral ulcers,this paper summarizes his ideas and experience in treating tumor-related oral ulcers.Professor SHU Peng believes that deficiency of the Middle-Jiao earth is one of the important causes of tumor-related oral ulcers.The disease is located in the oral cavity.The pathogenesis is spleen and stomach deficiency,and dampness,heat,cold and fire are the symp-toms.The root cause is to treat the spleen,tonify the middle and strengthen the body.Pungent,warm,dry,and fragrant products are often used to strengthen the spleen and strengthen the body.The symptoms are treated with pungent,bit-ter,and sweet herbs to dispel dampness and heat,and sweet and warm herbs to raise yang and eliminate cold and fire.Combined with his own clinical experience,he selected prescriptions based on syndrome differentiation,added or sub-tracted according to symptoms,and paid attention to the treatment of primary diseases,with significant efficacy.A typi-cal case is attached to share Professor SHU Peng's experience in treating tumor-related oral ulcers.
