摘要
文章主要分享王开龙主任医师内热式针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床经验.该病主要因筋骨失衡所致,其实质为肝肾亏虚;外因多为感受风寒湿邪而致经络阻滞,不通则痛,不荣则痛,进而致使腰部疼痛等不适.内热式针刺治疗此病,一方面可以利用针的优势,松弛腰椎肌肉组织;另一方面利用连接的内热式针灸治疗仪导热,调理阴阳,肝肾同治,通过益肝填肾以养筋强骨,同时,热的传导刺激病灶部位的筋脉与肌肉,疏通痹阻的经络.通过内热式针刺的导热、温补、松解效应,达到温补肝肾、强筋壮骨、松解肌肉目的.
Abstract
This article mainly shares Wang Kailong's clinical experience in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.The disease is mainly caused by musculoskeletal imbalance,and its essence is liver and kidney defi-ciency;The external cause is mostly due to the feeling of wind,cold and dampness and the meridian blockage,which is painful if it is not passed,and painful if it is not honorable,which in turn leads to discomfort such as waist pain.Internal heat acupuncture to treat this disease,on the one hand,can use the advantages of needles to relax the muscle tissue of the lumbar spine;On the other hand,the connected internal heat acupuncture treatment instrument is used to conduct heat,regulate yin and yang,treat the liver and kidneys at the same time,and nourish the muscles and bones by benefiting the liver and filling the kidneys,and at the same time,the conduction of heat stimulates the tendons and muscles of the lesion site,and dredges the blocked meridians.Through the heat conduction,warming and relieving ef-fects of internal thermal acupuncture,the purpose of warming and replenishing the liver and kidneys,strengthening muscles and bones,and releasing muscles is achieved.
