Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Xiaoyu Sanjie Prescription Combined with Infrared Therapy on Subcutaneous Fat Hyperplasia Associated with Insulin Injection
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Xiaoyu Sanjie prescription combined with infrared ther-apy for insulin injection-related subcutaneous fat hyperplasia in diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Both groups of patients were guided by insulin injection methods.The treatment group was treated with Xiaoyu Sanjie prescription combined with infrared therapy,and the control group was only followed up.The differences in fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin dose,and subcutaneous fat hyperplasia area between the two groups were observed after 60 days.Results:Af-ter treatment,the fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin dose,and subcutaneous fat hyperplasia area of the treatment group were statistically different from those of the control group(P＜0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was statistically different(P＜0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.50％.Conclusion:Xiaoyu Sanjie prescription combined with infrared therapy has a definite ef-ficacy and good safety in the treatment of insulin injection-related subcutaneous fat hyperplasia.
