Clinical Observation on Shenzhi Hewei Decoction for Diabetic Gastroparesis of Qi-Yin Deficiency and Stasis Type
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenzhi Hewei recipe on patients with diabetic gastropare-sis(DGP)of Qi and yin deficiency and stasis type.Methods:A total of 84 patients with Qi and yin deficiency and stasis type DGP who were hospitalized in Bozhou Huatuo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 1,2021 to September 30,2023 were selected as the research subjects.42 patients in the control group were given oral domperi-done tablets and lifestyle coordination on the basis of conventional western medicine hypoglycemic treatment,and 42 patients in the treatment group were given oral treatment of Shenzhi Hewei recipe on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The total efficacy,TCM syndrome symptom score scale,Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale,anxiety self-rating scale,depression self-rating scale,gastrin-17,gastric emptying time,fasting blood sugar,2h postprandial blood sugar,and glycosylated hemoglobin were observed before and after treatment in the two groups of patients,and the efficacy indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.6％(41/42),significantly better than 83.3％(35/42)of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome symptom score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,Anxiety Self-rating Scale,Depression Self-rating Scale,gastrin-17,gastric emptying time,fasting blood sugar,2h postprandial blood sugar,and glycosylated hemoglobin of the treatment group were all lower than those before treatment and lower than those of the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shenzhi Hewei recipe has a definite clinical effect on patients with DGP of Qi and Yin deficiency and stasis type,and can effectively improve gastrointestinal discomfort symptoms of DGP patients,improve patients'sleep quality,reduce the risk of anxiety and depression,and effectively regulate patients'gastrointestinal hormones and gastric emptying time,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
