仰卧位骨科牵引床PFNA配合骨伤一号方治疗股骨转子间骨折疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察股骨转子间骨折采用仰卧位骨科牵引床PFNA配合骨伤一号方治疗疗效.方法:选择2019年8月-2024年3月接受治疗的60名股骨转子间骨折患者,通过简单的平均分配方式,将这些患者随机分配到对照组和研究组,每组各30例.对照组予以常规仰卧位骨科牵引床PFNA手术,研究组于仰卧位骨科牵引床PFNA手术基础上口服骨伤一号方.术后4、8、12周摄片观察股骨转子间骨折处骨折愈合情况,记录患者骨折处愈合天数,结果:研究组的治疗恢复时间比对照组短(P＜0.05).研究组在术后的4、8、12周的骨痂发展评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:对于股骨转子间骨折的患者,采用仰卧位骨科牵引床PFNA配合骨伤一号方的治疗方法,具备恢复时间短、骨折地点的骨痂发展快、优良效果等优点.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of PFNA with bone injury.Methods:Sixty patients with inter-trochanteric fractures treated in the department between August 2019 and March 2024 were randomly assigned to the control group and the study group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine supine orthopedic traction bed PFNA surgery,and the study group took oral bone injury square 1 based on PFNA surgery in the supine orthopedic traction bed.At 4,8 and 12 weeks after the operation,we recorded the number of days of the fracture.The results showed that the recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scab development scores at 4,8 and 12 weeks were higher than the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P＜0.05).Therefore,we conclude that:for patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture,the treatment of PFNA with square 1 of bone injury has the advantages of short re-covery time,rapid development of callus in fracture site,and excellent effects,which is worth being widely used in clinical practice.
