Clinical Effect of Dihuang Yinzi Decoction on Limb Dysfunction in Patients with Ischemic Stroke and its Influence on Quality of Life
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Dihuang Yinzi Decoction on limb dysfunction in patients with ischemic stroke and its influence on quality of life.Methods:A total of 120 ischemic stroke patients with limb motor dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given regu-lar rehabilitation training,and the experimental group was given Dihuang Yinzi Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of continuous treatment,the clinical effect,limb motor function,limb sensory function,qual-ity of life and neurological function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,Fugl-Meyer motor score,Fugl-Meyer sensation score and Barthel index in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the NIHSS score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Dihuang Yinzi Decoction combined with regular rehabilitation training can effec-tively improve the clinical effect of ischemic stroke patients with limb motor dysfunction,improve limb movement and sensory dysfunction,and promote the repair of damaged nerves,to increase the quality of life of patients,it is worth promoting.
