多维度探讨中医药治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎研究进展

桥本甲状腺炎(Hashimoto thyroiditis,HT)是内分泌科常见病,又被称为桥本氏病,属于较常见的自身免疫性甲状腺疾患.文章从病因病机,辨证分型以及基础方、分型、中西医结合辨证治疗等多个维度进行探讨,对近年来中医药在治疗HT的相关研究进展进行探讨和总结,以期为临床实践提供参考.总体来说,中医药在治疗HT方面具有诸多优势,相比于西药而言,中药的毒副作用较小,安全性更为完备.尽管桥本氏甲状腺炎的中医药治疗在临床实践中取得了一定的成果,但仍然面临严峻的挑战,例如辨证分型的准确性和个体化治疗的落实等方面,需要进一步深入研究和探索.
Multidimensional Exploration of Research Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis
Hashimoto thyroiditis(HT)is a common disease in endocrinology,also known as Hashimoto's disease,which is a common autoimmune thyroid disease.This article discusses the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differ-entiation and typing,basic prescriptions,typing,and syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and discusses and summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis in recent years,in order to provide a reference for clinical practice.In general,traditional Chinese medicine has many advantages in the treatment of HT.Compared with Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has fewer toxic side effects and more complete safety.Although the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis has achieved certain results in clinical practice,it still faces severe challenges,such as the accuracy of syndrome differentiation and typing and the implementation of individualized treatment,which need further in-depth research and exploration.
