Exploration and Practice of Blended Teaching based on BOPPPS in the Cultivation of Practical Skills of Undergraduates Majoring in Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Objective:To explore the effect of blended teaching based on BOPPPS in the practical skills training of undergraduate students majoring in orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 60 undergraduate students with similar scores in the clinical practice skills and theoretical knowledge examination of TCM orthopedics and traumatology in Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.Using random sampling,30 students in the experimental group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and 30 people in the control group adopted the online and offline hybrid teaching mode based on BOPPPS.The results of the theoretical test,the skill operation assessment and the teaching satisfaction score of the two groups were compared.Re-sults:The theoretical test scores,skill operation assessment scores and teaching satisfaction scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blended teaching based on BOPPPS can significantly improve the performance of undergraduate stu-dents majoring in TCM orthopedics and traumatology,strengthen students'mastery of textbook knowledge,and mobi-lize undergraduates'satisfaction and participation in the classroom.
