摘要

目的:探讨虚拟仿真情境式教学法结合PBL在内科学教学中的应用价值.方法:选取安徽中医药大学2020级针灸推拿专业本科班55名学生为研究对象,随机分为观察组27名,采用虚拟仿真情境式教学法结合PBL(Prob-lem-Based Learning,PBL)进行授课;对照组28名,采用PBL教学法进行授课.对两组学生阶段性理论及实践技能成绩、教学效果满意度(学习兴趣、沟通能力、临床思维、学习效率、分析问题、自主学习)和教学方法满意度(教师基本功、教师教学态度、教学内容理解程度、教学方法接受度)进行评价分析和比较.结果:观察组学生阶段性理论成绩(90.04±3.97)和实践技能成绩(81.59±5.09)均明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05).六个维度教学效果满意度比较,观察组组较对照组更高(P<0.01或P<0.05);四个维度教学方法满意度比较,观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05).结论:虚拟仿真情境式教学法结合PBL在内科学教学中应用成效确切,具有一定的推广应用价值.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the application value of virtual simulation situational teaching method combined with PBL in internal medicine teaching.Methods:55 students of acupuncture and moxibustion and massage major undergraduate class of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2020 were selected as the research ob-jects,and randomly divided into 27 observation groups.The virtual simulation situational teaching method combined with PBL(Problem Based Learning)was used for teaching;The control group of 28 students was taught using the PBL teaching method.The teaching satisfaction(learning interest,communication ability,clinical thinking,learning effi-ciency,problem analysis,self-learning)and stage results of the two groups of students were evaluated and compared.Result:The theoretical scores(90.04±3.97)and practical skills scores(81.59±5.09)of the observation group stu-dents were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The satisfaction level of the six dimensions of teaching effectiveness was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05);The satisfaction level of the four dimensions of teaching methods was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of virtual simulation situational teaching method and PBL has shown definite effectiveness in the teaching of internal medicine and has cer-tain promotion and application value.
