摘要
痛风是一类临床常见的以嘌呤代谢紊乱、血尿酸升高为主要特征的代谢性疾病,发作时常有关节红肿畸形、活动受限等不适.治疗过程中,现代医学多采用非甾体类抗炎、秋水仙碱、糖皮质激素等药物,能够一定程度上改善患者不适症状,同时带来消化道及心血管等不良反应;中医药治疗痛风在改善症状的同时减少现代药物治疗所带来的不良反应.方朝晖教授在治疗痛风时,抓住疾病发生发展的本质,从脾论治取得良好临床疗效,并列举一例医案加以论证.
Abstract
Gout is a common type of metabolic disease characterized by purine metabolism disorders and elevated blood uric acid.In the process of treatment,modern medicine mostly uses non-steroidal anti-inflammatory,colchi-cine,glucocorticoids and other drugs,which can improve the discomfort symptoms of patients to a certain extent,and at the same time bring adverse reactions such as digestive tract and cardiovascular diseases.In the treatment of gout,Professor Fang Zhaohui grasped the essence of the occurrence and development of the disease,achieved good clinical results from the treatment of the spleen,and cited a medical case to demonstrate.
