摘要
江柏华教授认为肺结节以肺气亏虚或气阴两虚为致病之本,痰瘀互结、络脉郁毒为致病之标,提出了"痰瘀络郁"的辨证理论,采用"病证结合、大方复治"的思路诊治肺结节.江教授强调辨病论治当以"软坚散结、活血通络、解毒祛瘀"贯穿治疗始终,兼以辨证论治之"培土生金、益气生津、理气解郁"等随证加减,江教授处方药味多、药量大,融多法于一方,整体用药清润和缓,处方平和中正,配伍严谨精良.
Abstract
Professor JIANG Bohua believes that lung nodules are caused by lung Qi deficiency or Qi and yin defi-ciency,and phlegm and blood stasis and collateral stagnation are the symptoms of the disease.He proposed the syn-drome differentiation theory of"phlegm,blood stasis and collateral stagnation"and used the idea of"combining dis-ease and syndrome,and using large prescriptions and repeated treatment"to diagnose and treat lung nodules.Professor JIANG Bohua emphasized that the syndrome differentiation and treatment should be based on"softening and dispers-ing nodules,activating blood circulation and unblocking collaterals,and removing toxins and removing blood stasis"throughout the treatment,and the syndrome differentiation and treatment of"cultivating soil to produce gold,replen-ishing Qi and producing body fluid,regulating Qi and relieving depression"should be added or subtracted according to the symptoms.Professor JIANG Bohua's prescriptions have many flavors and large dosages,and he integrates multiple methods into one prescription.The overall medication is clear,moist and gentle,the prescription is mild and moderate,and the compatibility is rigorous and excellent.
