摘要
盆腔炎性疾病后遗症作为妇科常见疾病,严重影响女性的生活质量,西医多采用口服抗生素治疗,但其容易复发,且长期使用抗生素会产生耐药性,导致效果不佳.梁文珍教授是全国名中医,安徽省首届名中医,系全国名老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,从事妇科医教研工作至今 50 余年,对盆腔炎、不孕症、绝经前后诸证等妇科疑难杂症积有丰富经验.梁教授认为盆腔炎性疾病后遗症以瘀为基本病机,立法应以活血化瘀为核心.临证治疗应从瘀论治,重视气血,内外合治,以攻为主,兼顾脾胃.附案例 1 则,以资验证.
Abstract
As a common gynecological disease,sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease seriously affects the qual-ity of life of women.Western medicine mostly uses oral antibiotics for treatment,but it is easy to relapse,and long-term use of antibiotics will produce drug resistance,resulting in poor results.Professor LIANG Wenzhen is a national famous Chinese medicine doctor,the first famous Chinese medicine doctor in Anhui Province,and a national famous old Chinese medicine expert academic experience inheritance instructor.He has been engaged in gynecological medi-cal teaching and research for more than 50 years and has accumulated rich experience in pelvic inflammatory disease,infertility,and various symptoms before and after menopause.Professor LIANG Wenzhen believes that the basic patho-genesis of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease is blood stasis,and legislation should be centered on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Clinical treatment should be based on blood stasis,attach importance to Qi and blood,treat both internally and externally,focus on attack,and take into account the spleen and stomach.Attached is a case for verification.
