运用韦氏阴阳五行手法从冲任督带论治产后腰椎骨盆复合体疼痛综合征思路

摘要
产后腰椎-骨盆复合体疼痛(postpartum lumbopelvic pain,PLPP)是以腰椎及骨盆带疼痛伴下肢酸胀不适为主要表现,该病长期困扰妊娠后女性身心健康.冲任督带作为治疗女性经带胎产疾患重要脉络,对指导手法治疗PLPP有重要意义.该文通过总结国医大师韦贵康教授阴阳五行手法具体运用,从中医经络学论治PLPP,通过手法运用整体辨证施治,达到纠偏调衡,整复错位的目的,以期为临床手法治疗PLPP提供可行、有效的诊疗新思路.
Abstract
Postpartum lumbopelvic pain(PLPP)is characterized by pain in the lumbar spine and pelvic girdle ac-companied by soreness and discomfort in the lower limbs.This disease has long plagued the physical and mental health of women after pregnancy.Chong,Ren,Du and Dai are important meridians for treating women's menstrual,pregnancy and childbirth diseases,and are of great significance for guiding the manual treatment of PLPP.This article summarizes the specific application of the Yin-Yang and Five Elements manipulation by Professor WEI Guikang,a master of tradi-tional Chinese medicine,and discusses the treatment of PLPP from the perspective of Chinese meridians.Through the use of manipulation,the overall syndrome differentiation and treatment is achieved to achieve the purpose of correcting deviations,balancing and restoring dislocation,in order to provide a feasible and effective new diagnosis and treatment idea for the clinical manual treatment of PLPP.
