摘要
泄泻是临床常见内科病证之一,临床表现排便频次增加,粪质稀溏,夹有完谷,甚则水样便泻出,多伴腹痛腹胀等症状.西医治疗存在原发病根治不彻底、停药易复发等弊端,中医理论对泄泻的治疗优势独特,疗效显著.单兆伟教授作为孟河医派传人,擅长各类消化系疾病的中医诊疗,尤其对泄泻病有着独到的经验.单教授临床诊疗泄泻经验:中焦调治,补运兼顾,升降气机;整体辨证,用药轻简,灵活参变;疏肝温肾,调养食居,泄泻得安.
Abstract
Diarrhea is one of the common clinical medical diseases,the clinical manifestations of increased fre-quency of defecation,loose stool,full valley,and even watery diarrhea,often accompanied by abdominal pain and distension.Western medicine has some disadvantages such as incomplete radical treatment of the primary disease and easy recurrence of drug withdrawal.The theory of traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of diarrhea with remarkable curative effect.As a descendant of the Menghe School of Medicine,Professor Shan Zhaowei is good at TCM diagnosis and treatment of various digestive diseases,especially with unique experience in diarrhea.Professor Shan's experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment of diarrhea:middle-focus regulation and treatment,supplement and transport,lifting qi;Overall syndrome differentiation,light and simple drug use,flexible variable;Soothing liver and warming kidney,nourishing food and housing,diarrhea will be cured.
