The Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Two"Mingyi Leian"
The two books"Ming Yi Lei An"and"Xu Ming Yi Lei An"have the same style,similar content,and complement each other.They are both important medical case books.By systematically combing the contents of the"Tuberculosis"chapter in the two books,this paper explores the dialectical thinking and medication experience of doc-tors in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in the past dynasties.The main syndromes of pulmonary tuberculosis can be divided into three stages:the early stage of spleen deficiency and Yang depression syndrome,lung and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,the middle stage of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,and the late stage of Yin de-ficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and poison invasion of the lung syndrome.Corresponding treatment methods such as strengthening the spleen and dispersing depression,tonifying the lungs and kidneys,replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin,nourishing Yin and activating blood circulation,and attacking poison and killing insects are proposed.At present,no scholar has analyzed the medical records of ancient pulmonary tuberculosis,and the clinical guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine have not elaborated on the method of attacking poison and killing insects in detail.Therefore,explor-ing the clinical experience contained in ancient medical records has certain enlightenment significance for the current clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
